Welcome to the North Texas Corporate Recycling Association! Our mission is to educate the business community about waste reduction and recycling, encourage the establishment of commercial recycling programs, and to support the recycling industry in North Texas. Our membership includes private industry, municipalities, and large and small businesses that are enjoying the benefits of recycling. If you are looking to learn more about recycling or establish a program, you will find the resources you need among our membership.

Many exciting events are planned for 2010! Our calendar includes familiar events such as the Environmental Leadership Luncheon, Green³ Awards, the annual Recyclers Golf Tournament, The Great Eco Bus Tour, and our famously fun and educational Social Mixers.

Take advantage of your membership! Here a couple of ways:

• We feature a Speaker’s Bureau, and we can deliver presentations for organization, tailored to your specific needs.

• Apply for a Green3 Award What better way to get recognition for your efforts than to receive an award from our well-respected program! The applications will be available July 1, so mark your calendar.

In the NTCRA, we believe in “walking the walk,” which means living the familiar mantra: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. We recognize that to truly impact the stress on our natural resources, first we must reduce our consumption. Therefore, we keep paper distribution to a minimum, with most communications being electronic. Event invitations and notices will be sent via e-mail and posted on our website and Facebook.
